Join us on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026 at 7:00 PM in Demarest Hall at Sparta United Methodist Church for our first PFLAG meeting of the new year.
This will be a Community Support Meeting, offering a welcoming space to talk through anything that may have come up during the holidays—or anything happening in life in general. Whether you need support, want to share, or simply want to connect with others who understand, this meeting is for you.
We will also have a licensed therapist joining us, who may offer guidance on how to vet a therapist and what to look for when seeking affirming mental health care.
